World Diabetes Day 2019

The aim of World Diabetes Day is to raise awareness and educate people on some of the causes and risk factors of diabetes

Diabetes is a disease where the body no longer responds to levels of sugar in the blood. If the sugar levels drop too low, the body does not have enough energy to function. On the other hand, if there is too much sugar in the blood, then the sugar will be lost through urine and can cause further complications, including dehydration.
