Students today are bombarded by misinformation, unsure if what they
are being told is science fact or science fiction.
Their choices around
what they eat, where it comes from and the environmental considerations
surrounding it are becoming ever more complex and confusing.
Farmers for Schools can help.
Farmers for Schools gives students access to voices from modern
farming and invites your students to an open conversation about
agriculture in the UK.
We are offering you the opportunity to have two engaging,
enthusiastic speakers visit your school to spark discussion and debate
as part of an engaging, interactive assembly or group discussion.
Two NFU trained farmers will facilitate a 45 minute session with
media content, quizzes, farming myth busting and plenty of opportunity
for discussion and questions. Content has been designed to be engaging
and thought-provoking throughout.
