Water for the World

Help pupils find out about access to water and build their own filters

An activity developed with  Engineers Without Borders as an education outreach workshop for pupils aged 7-14. Teachers can download the materials to deliver the workshop themselves. The activities enable pupils to explores how water is accessed and cleaned around the world, with a challenge to make a water filter.

They are designed for both primary and secondary students and are suited to a 60 min or 90 minute session, but could be extended.

A perfect activity for a science or STEM club.
